1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bf44 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") with respect to your use of the bf44 website and all services offered therein. By registering an account on bf44, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise accessing any part of the bf44 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bf44 platform.

These Terms apply to all forms of use of the bf44 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino gaming, slot games, crash games, fish games, table games, and any promotional or bonus activity. Specific game rules, bonus terms, and promotional conditions may supplement these Terms where applicable; in the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that particular promotion only.

2Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the bf44 platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bf44 does not permit the use of its services by individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances. Providing a false date of birth to circumvent this restriction is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register accounts on bf44.
• You must not be accessing the bf44 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bf44 complies with all laws applicable to you in your location.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any self-exclusion you have voluntarily applied through bf44's Responsible Gaming tools. Players who have self-excluded and subsequently attempt to access or re-register on bf44 will have any newly created accounts closed and balances forfeited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Every bf44 account must be used exclusively by the registered account holder. Sharing account credentials, allowing third-party access to your account, or placing bets on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

3Account Registration

To access bf44's full range of services, you must register an account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number, a password of your choosing, and agreement to these Terms & Conditions. By completing registration, you warrant the accuracy and completeness of all information provided. The following rules govern all bf44 accounts:

• One account per player, per mobile number, per household. Duplicate accounts created for any reason will be closed and associated balances forfeited without prior notice.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. bf44 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact bf44 support immediately.
• bf44 may require additional identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including before processing withdrawals, when account activity is unusual, or when required by internal compliance procedures. Supporting documentation may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification.
• Players must keep their account information up to date. If your registered mobile number changes, you must update it in Account Settings before your old number is deactivated. Failure to do so may result in permanent loss of access to account recovery features.

bf44 accounts are personal to the registered holder and are non-transferable. The sale, transfer, or assignment of a bf44 account to any third party is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bf44 platform — deposits and withdrawals — are subject to the following terms. Players must use payment methods registered in their own name only. Third-party payments are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Minimum deposit is ৳500. bf44 charges zero platform fees on deposits. The payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees per their own terms; bf44 has no control over third-party fee structures.
• Deposit funds are credited to your bf44 wallet in real time upon payment confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a payment processing delay or error, you must contact bf44 support with your transaction reference number rather than attempting to make duplicate payments.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawal to a different payment method may require additional verification. bf44 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to a bonus must be met in full before a withdrawal can be processed. If you attempt to withdraw funds while an active bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding, bf44 may, at its discretion, forfeit the bonus and any winnings derived from it before processing the withdrawal of the original deposited amount.
• bf44 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests that are unusually large, that pattern with suspicious activity, or that are made on accounts with pending verification. Processing times for such requests may be extended pending satisfactory completion of any required review.

Deposits made with the intent to exploit a bonus or promotion, or deposits followed immediately by withdrawal without meaningful play activity, may be flagged by bf44's risk systems. In such cases, bf44 reserves the right to reverse the deposit, cancel any bonus awarded, and withhold any resulting balance pending a review. Players who engage in this type of activity — commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" — may have their accounts permanently closed.

5Bonuses and Promotions

bf44 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms that accompany each individual offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the specific promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified. Bonuses that expire before their wagering requirement is met will be removed from the account along with any winnings generated from that bonus.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated otherwise. A bonus may only be used by the registered player to whom it was awarded and may not be shared with or transferred to any other player or account.
• bf44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. If a promotion is modified after you have already opted in, bf44 will endeavour to notify you of the change, but is not obligated to do so where the modification is minor.
• Players who are found to have engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear a wagering requirement without genuine game engagement, or any form of collusion — will have their bonuses and associated winnings voided and may have their accounts permanently suspended.
• Bonuses and promotional offers are made available to players in good standing with a genuine intent to play. bf44 reserves the right to decline to award a bonus or to retroactively void a bonus in cases where the player's account activity indicates the account was registered or used primarily for the purpose of claiming promotional offers rather than genuine gaming activity.

6Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on bf44. Specific game rules are published within each game interface and supplement these general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended after confirmation except in cases of a verified technical error attributable to bf44's platform — not to the player's device, browser, or internet connection. In such cases, bf44 will void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's wallet.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game, bf44 will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with the relevant game provider's certified game rules. Where the game provider's rules do not cover the specific malfunction, bf44's decision will be final. bf44 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any game at any time.
• Suspicious betting patterns — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, match-fixing related wagering, use of automated betting software or bots, exploitation of platform errors or pricing mistakes, and any form of collusive or syndicated betting — are strictly prohibited. bf44 reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and permanently close accounts where such activity is detected.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per event may apply and are displayed within the relevant bet placement interface. bf44 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at its discretion, including for players whose betting patterns present an unusual risk profile to the platform.

7Responsible Gaming

bf44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides a suite of tools designed to help players manage their gambling activity. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. The following responsible gaming provisions are built into the bf44 platform:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits from Account Settings. Once a lower limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a previously set deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out. This tool helps players manage the amount of time spent on the platform in a single session.
• Cool-off periods: Players may request a temporary break from the bf44 platform of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, the account remains open but new bets and deposits cannot be placed. The cool-off period cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a more extended break from gambling may request full self-exclusion from bf44 for a minimum period of 6 months. 8Account Suspension and Termination

bf44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time. Without limiting the generality of this right, accounts may be actioned in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to providing false registration details, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in bonus abuse.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any attempt to use the bf44 platform to process funds derived from illegal activity. bf44 is required to report suspicious financial activity to appropriate authorities and will co-operate fully with any related investigation.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request from bf44. Accounts pending KYC will have withdrawals suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Any player may voluntarily close their bf44 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to the player's registered payment method. Balances below the withdrawal threshold will be forfeited.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the bf44 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of bf44 or its content and technology licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bf44 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, sale, or commercial exploitation of any bf44 content or platform elements, in whole or in part, without the express prior written consent of bf44, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bf44's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the bf44 platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The following specific exclusions also apply:

• bf44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the bf44 platform.
• bf44 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and events beyond bf44's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, third-party server failures, and force majeure events) may cause temporary interruptions to service. bf44 will not be liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bf44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by bf44's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11Privacy

bf44's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the bf44 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what personal information bf44 collects when you register and use the platform, how that information is used (including for identity verification, fraud prevention, and the provision of personalised services), how long it is retained, and what rights you have in respect of your personal data. 12Amendments to These Terms

bf44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bf44 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of the changes via a notice on the platform, by email, or by another appropriate communication channel, prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the bf44 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the bf44 platform. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.
